With COVID-19 impacting “Real Housewives” sets from New York to Beverly Hills to Atlanta, Elizabeth Vargas wants to help keep the ladies of Orange County safe — in style.
The “RHOC” newbie, 45, revealed to Page Six Style that she’s purchased a particularly timely present for her co-stars ahead of the holidays.
“I ordered them Louis Vuitton face masks,” she said. “I don’t know if I’m going to get them in time, because they’re backordered. So I’m hoping they come.”
Continued Vargas, “They’re super badass. I have them myself. You can breathe through them. They cover your nose and your face and your mouth … and they look super rad.”
Louis Vuitton’s monogram tapestry bandana and mask cover set retails for $490. But for the Vargas Vodka founder, a chic face covering is worth the splurge.
“Ultimately, you run out the door not just with your cell phone, your wallet and your purse, [but also] with a mask, so it’s an accessory now,” she said.
“Even if they’re not functioning — some of them just don’t work at all — at least you have it on and you’re making a conscious effort and you’re respecting others and their needs.”
